What is HAPI Pet?
Hapi is a pet happiness companion app. It supports pet owners through AI avatars of their pets. As your pet's avatar grows it learns about your pet so it can give personalized advice and counsel. An owner through completing quests grows their pet's avatar. Quests can be anything from doing a funny pet quiz, playing a game, tracking a pet's health with daily observations, uploading health records, sharing moments in a social feed, to reviewing a pet friendly place. Earning points through quests and quizzes also get rewards for in app unlocks and external vouchers. HAPI is a owner support app that through growing and feeding a pet avatar can help an owner better take care of their pet.
What's the app for?
HAPI Pet's primary purpose is to support pet owners to care and support their pet's. HAPI pet does this by encouraging the growth of an owner's own pet avatars which grow to be like digital twins of the pet. As an owner's pet avatar grows HAPI assistants can then help the owner with all sorts of questions and advice. HAPI Pet makes all of this easy and fun and with lots of side benefits like HAPI+ points which can be used an co-operating vendors and fun picture styles, movies and even travel advice.

How do I chat with Pi-Chan or Ha-Kun (HAPI Owner Assistant or HOA)?
Tap the speech bubble above Pi-Chan or Ha-Kun on their Landing Page to open the chat window.
What is HOA?
HOA stands for HAPI Owner Assistant, the chat assistant embodied by Ha-Kun and Pi-Chan on the Landing Page. Unlike the per-pet HAPI Assistant, which focuses on one pet's care, HOA works at the owner level across all your pets — it can answer questions, help you navigate to any part of the app, and take actions like finding pet-friendly places or posting a moment on your behalf.
Where can I find my notifications?
Tap the notification bell icon in the top-left corner of the Landing Page to open your notifications list.

Avatars
How do I create a pet avatar?
To create an avatar, open the 'Fun' menu group on the Landing Page and tap 'Add Pet'. A prompt will ask you to create a collection or avatar, choose avatar. Then a prompt for species will come up, choose cat or dog. Upload a clear photo of your pet, then choose a style. The AI will generate a unique avatar based on your pet's photo. You can create multiple avatars in different styles. Your first avatar is created during this setup.
Pets
How do I add a pet?
To add a new pet, go to home or dashboard and look for the 'Add Pet' option. Enter your pet's name, species, breed, and other details. If you create an avatar, your HAPI assistant can start to track their health, happiness and wellbeing through your quests. Collection
What is the Collection?
The Collection is your gallery of all generated pet avatars. Each avatar you create is saved here. You can view, share, and manage your avatars from the Collection screen, accessible from the bottom navigation bar or your pet's profile.
In the collection how can I view my Pet?
In the collection, you can switch to different pets just by swiping in the top card where either your name or one of your pet's shows. you can also use the little arrows switch.
Health & Care
How do I track my pet's health?
You can track health two ways: Daily Observations let you log your pet's energy, appetite, stool quality, mood, and any symptoms each day. Health Records let you store vet visits, vaccinations, medications, and other medical info. Both are accessible under Care in the Health record section. You can choose any one of your pet's avatars or even upload records. All of these will help your Hapi Assistant learn about your pet to help you.
What are Care?
Care, found in the 'Wellness' menu group on the Landing Page, expands into two options: Pet Care, an AI chat for general pet care advice, and Emergency, an AI chat for urgent pet health situations.
What are Pet Care?
Pet Care, found by tapping 'Care' in the 'Wellness' menu group on the Landing Page, opens an AI chat where you can ask your HAPI Assistant general pet care questions, using the health data and history you've logged for your pet.
What are Emergency?
Emergency, found by tapping 'Care' in the 'Wellness' menu group on the Landing Page, opens an AI chat focused on urgent pet health situations.
What are Pet Care Chat?
Pet Care Chat, found in the 'Wellness' menu group on the Landing Page (next to Care), opens an AI Pet Counselor chat where you can ask training and behavior questions about your pet.
What are Health Data?
Health Data, found in the 'Wellness' menu group on the Landing Page, opens your pet's Health Records, where you can store and review vet visits, vaccinations, medications, and other medical info.
What are Check-in?
Check-in, found in the 'Wellness' menu group on the Landing Page, opens Daily Observations, where you log your pet's energy, appetite, stool quality, mood, and any symptoms for the day.
Points & Rewards
What are quests and how do I earn points?
Quests are tasks you complete to earn points and grow your pet's avatar — things like creating your first avatar, logging a daily observation, posting a moment, going to a HAPI affiliated event or completing a quiz quest all earn points and simultaneously grow your avatar. A two for one special! The easiest way to go on quests is to tap the Quest Board 'Quests' icon from the home screen. Remember points can be used to unlock rewards and features in the app and usually are a good reflection of how smart your HAPI assistant has become. Plus HAPI+ points can even be used to redeem awards and favorite HAPI partners in your area. Remember growing your pet's avatar automatically makes your HAPI assistant smarter and at the same time earns you points for more fun.
What's the difference between HAPI points and HAPI+?
HAPI+ points are special points that can be used out in the real world in co-operating shops and vendors. HAPI points you can use inside the app for anything like movies or special prompts.
How do I give feedback
Look for the feedback icon among the action buttons on your profile view to open the feedback form.
Where can I enter my Promo Code?
You can enter your promo code in the 'Wallet' or 'Rewards Center' menu from the Landing Page.
Where can I find the Rewards Center?
From the Landing Page, open the 'Rewards' menu group to reach the Rewards Center. There you can check your Hapi Points and Hapi+ balances, view your points history, and redeem vouchers or tickets.
Where can I find my Wallet?
Tap the 'Wallet' icon on the Pi-Chan or Ha-Kun Landing Page. On Pi-Chan's page, it's floating on the pool beside her; on Ha-Kun's page, it's in his hand.
Where can I find my voucher?
Before a voucher shows up, you need to redeem it first through the 'Rewards Center', found in the 'Rewards' menu group on the Landing Page. In the Rewards Center, try opening any of the vouchers or campaigns listed there and redeem one. Once redeemed, you should be able to see it in your 'Wallet'. You can also go to your Wallet and tap 'See more Offers!' to open the Rewards Market, where you can browse vouchers or tickets to redeem, or enter a promo code directly by tapping the 'Have a promo code?' button if you already have one.
What are the Leaderboard?
Leaderboard, found in the 'Rewards' menu group on the Landing Page, shows the Pet Leaderboard (top pets by points, switchable between weekly and lifetime) and the User Leaderboard (top owners by combined pet points, filterable by region and group).
What are Quests?
Quests, found in the 'Rewards' menu group on the Landing Page, opens the Quest Selector, where you choose your quest journey: the Main Quest (a guided path through avatar creation, quizzes, health records, and daily activities), plus Collection, Travel, and Memories quests.
What are Points Quests?
Points Quests, found in the 'Rewards' menu group on the Landing Page, expands into two options: Hapi, which opens the Points activities modal showing ways to earn Hapi Points, and Hapi+, for HAPI+ loyalty challenges (currently unavailable).
Quizzes
How do quizzes work?
Quizzes test your pet care knowledge and earn you points. They cover topics like pet health, nutrition, and general care. Access quizzes from the Quest Board or home screen. Each quiz has multiple-choice questions and awards points for correct answers.
AI Assistant
How does the AI Pet Advisor work, the HAPI Assistant?
The HAPI owner assistant (Happy Agentic Pet Intelligence) is a chat-based assistant that can answer questions about your pets using the data you've logged — health records and data, daily observations, travel, journals, quizzes, games and sharing. It can also help you navigate the app and give general pet care advice. Tap the assistant icon to start a conversation.
Moments & Groups
What are Moments or Share?
Moments is Hapi's social feed where you can share photos and updates about your pet. You can post new moments, like and comment on other owners' posts, and browse a feed of pet content. You can also create groups to privately share or learn about subjects. Invite friends to a group and have a happi neigborhood support group. Access Moments or Share from the Share card.
What are Groups?
Groups, found in the 'Community' menu group, let you create or join communities to share and connect with other owners around a shared interest. Groups can be Open (join directly), Private (request to join, approved by an admin), or Invite Only (join by admin invitation).
Events
What are Events?
Events, found in the 'Community' menu group, lets you discover pet-related events and workshops. Browse upcoming events, claim tickets when available, and manage the wallet used for claiming tickets.
Travel
What is Travel?
Travel, found in the 'Community' menu group, helps you find pet-friendly places like parks, cafes, and restaurants. You can browse and filter places by category or region, save places for later, and submit new pet-friendly places yourself — submissions earn you points.
Fun
What are Collage?
Collage, found in the 'Fun' menu group on the Landing Page, opens your Collection and automatically starts the collage player, a slideshow of your pet's saved avatar media.
What are Widgets?
Widgets, found in the 'Fun' menu group on the Landing Page, opens your Collection and automatically shows the widget setup, where you can pick a pet and set up a home screen widget for their avatar.
What are Gallery?
Gallery, found in the 'Fun' menu group on the Landing Page, expands into two options: Collection, your gallery of saved avatars, and Movies, for creating AI-generated short movies from your pet avatar.
What are Movies?
Movies, found by tapping 'Gallery' in the 'Fun' menu group on the Landing Page, opens the Fun Activities tab of the Rewards modal, where you can create AI-generated short movies based on your pet avatar.
What are Add Pet?
Add Pet, found in the 'Fun' menu group on the Landing Page, opens the create pet picker, letting you add a new pet or create another avatar. See 'How do I create a pet avatar?' for the full steps.
Themes & Styles
How do I change themes?
Go to the 'Style' menu group on the Landing Page and tap one of the available styles: Rustic, Bento, Garden, or Clay. You can also switch between the Ha-Kun and Pi-Chan Landing Pages by tapping the small character-switch icon in the flying scene.
How do I change themes or the look of the app
To change the style or look of the app, go to the 'Style' menu group and select one of the available styles: Rustic, Bento, Garden, or Clay.
What are Rustic?
Rustic, found in the 'Style' menu group on the Landing Page, switches the app's look to the Rustic style.
What are Bento?
Bento, found in the 'Style' menu group on the Landing Page, switches the app's look to the Bento style.
What are Garden?
Garden, found in the 'Style' menu group on the Landing Page, switches the app's look to the Garden style.
What are Clay?
Clay, found in the 'Style' menu group on the Landing Page, switches the app's look to the Clay style.
How do I switch between the Ha-Kun and Pi-Chan Landing Pages?
On Ha-Kun's Landing Page, tap the small animated 'switch to Pi-Chan' icon floating next to his plane to switch over to Pi-Chan's Landing Page. On Pi-Chan's Landing Page, tap the matching 'switch to Ha-Kun' icon to switch back.
Settings
How do I change settings or my profile?
Tap the settings icon (the Cloud icon or the Life buoy icon at the top right corner) on your Landing Page. This opens your User Profile, where you can edit your pet owner info and change your region or language.
How do I change the app language?
Open your profile (tap the settings icon at the top right corner of your Landing Page) and find the 'Language' section. Tap it to open the language picker, then select your preferred language from the list.
How do I change my region?
Open your profile (tap the settings icon at the top right corner of your Landing Page) and find the 'Feed Preferences' section, which shows 'Your region'. Tap it to open the region picker, then select your region to update which region's content and campaigns appear in your feed.
Profile
How do I view my profile page?
Tap the settings icon (the Cloud icon or the Life buoy icon at the top right corner) on your Landing Page to open your profile. From there you can view and edit your details, manage pet preferences, change language and feed region, access legal links and Contact Us, and log out.
How do I log out of the app?
Open your profile (tap the settings icon at the top right corner of your Landing Page), then scroll to the bottom and tap 'Logout'. Confirm in the dialog that appears to sign out.
How do I delete my account?
Open your profile (tap the settings icon at the top right corner of your Landing Page) and scroll to the red 'Danger Zone' section at the bottom, below Logout. Tap 'Delete Account', then type "DELETE" to confirm. This is permanent and immediately removes all your pets and avatars, photos/videos, journal entries, points and achievements, and your profile and account.
Account & Login
How do I log in or create an account?
Hapi uses Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In for easy authentication and sign up. Tap 'Sign in with Google' on the login screen and select your Google account. If you're new, the same process creates your account automatically. After signing in for the first time, you'll see the landing page with group menus that you can explore.
